Plan Detail
Unlimited Veterinary Consultations
Ark Essentials includes unlimited standard in-practice veterinary consultations for your pet throughout the year.
This allows you to bring your pet in whenever you have a concern, without worrying about consultation fees.
Home visits, out-of-hours consultations, emergencies, second opinions and specialist referrals are not included.
Parasite Protection with Home Delivery
Ark Essentials includes year-round flea, tick and worm protection tailored to your pet.
Treatments are delivered directly to your home through our delivery service for convenience.
Home delivery begins once your pet has reached a stable adult weight to ensure the correct product size can be prescribed.
VidiVet 24/7 Veterinary Advice
Ark Essentials members receive free access to VidiVet, a 24/7 online veterinary advice service available through their app.
You can send photos, videos or questions about your pet and receive advice from a qualified veterinary professional, any time of day.
If an in-person appointment is needed, VidiVet will advise you to contact the practice.
Diet Discounts
Members receive 10% off veterinary diets purchased in practice, including prescription and life-stage diets from Hill’s, Virbac HPM, Royal Canin and Purina Pro Plan.
