Current Vacancies 

Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a 3-5 years experienced small animal veterinary surgeon, experienced in consultations and surgeries, to work at our practice in Finchley on a permanent part-time basis. 

Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays 9am-7pm and Sundays on 1:4 rota 10am-2pm

There is an opportunity to work other days at Alexandra Palace 9am-12:30pm or 9am-4:30pm in the future if desired.

Veterinary Receptionist, Finchley – CLOSED FOR APPLICATIONS

We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to work at our practice in Finchley on a permanent full-time basis.

We have a loyal community of clients and their pets who receive a friendly, caring and individually tailored service that puts pets health and wellbeing first and foremost. You will be part of a team of receptionists who look after our clients and make them and their pets most welcome. This is a busy front-of-house role involving providing excellent customer care and administrative support to the practice. The role involves booking appointments, liaising with and greeting clients, selling our products and services and taking payments. We are seeking a friendly and organised person who is an excellent communicator as you will be the first point of contact in the practice, on the phone, by email and on our app. You will be self-motivated and be able to work well with our amazing team. 

You will have:
* 6+ months experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist is desirable
* Demonstrable customer care skills
* Excellent computer literacy to utilise the functionality of the practice management system, manage the inbox and be the first point of contact on our app
* High standard of clear spoken and written business English
* Love of animals
* Pleasant and professional demeanour
* Five GCSEs, including maths and English at grades A*-C/ 9-4
