The centre was established by Dr Andrew Monchar BSc(Hons) BVetMed OV[OCQ(V)-CA] MRCVS in 2017, and has a fantastic reputation in the community for excellent pet care and service, as well as being a training practice. We are seeking team members to join our team in Finchley and Alexandra Palace.

We are currently hiring a Veterinary Receptionist to work at Alexandra Palace, and a Veterinary Surgeon to work two days per week at Alexandra Palace and two days per week in Finchley.

We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to work at our new practice in Alexandra Palace on a full-time basis (maternity cover contract). Training will be provided in Finchley, and you will be available to provide holiday cover in this branch.

You will be part of a team of receptionists who look after our clients and make them and their pets most welcome. This role involves providing excellent customer care and administrative support to the practice. You will book appointments, liaise with and greet clients, sell our products and services and take payments. We are seeking a friendly and organised person who is an excellent communicator as you will be the first point of contact in the practice, on the phone, by email and on our app. You will be self-motivated and be able to work well on your own, and within our amazing team.
You will have:
* 6+ months experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist is desirable
* Demonstrable customer care skills
* Excellent computer literacy to utilise the functionality of the practice management system, manage the inbox and be the first point of contact on our app
* High standard of clear spoken and written business English
* Love of animals
* Pleasant and professional demeanour
* Five GCSEs, including Maths and English at grades A*-C/ 9-4

Veterinary Surgeon
We are seeking a small animal veterinary surgeon with 2-5 years UK experience, to work at our practices in Finchley and in Alexandra Palace on a permanent basis.
Ideally this would be your second or third veterinary surgeon job of your career. If you would flourish providing fantastic care to clients and their pets, this is an excellent opportunity. There is a varied caseload and you will undertake a mix of consultations and routine surgeries and dentals. An interest in exotics is advantageous but not required.
Hours and Location
– 2 days per week Alexandra Palace branch 9am-4:30pm

– 2 days per week Finchley branch 9am-7pm

Our clinical team work Sundays 10am-2pm on a 1 in 3 rota.
